SCARM means Simple Computer Aided Railway Modeller and it (probably) is the
first Bulgarian software for simplified design of scaled railway layouts and
modelling of miniature model tracks. SCARM is freeware and has a lightweight
and intuitive user interface, 3D view and many other cool functions and
features. You can create complex layouts with many railway stations on bigger
