WebDoc is a web-based application. It was conceived and designed out of sheer
personal interest and the need for a tool that could be visible and
accessible on and from any desktop located in my college, where I used to
work. This tool tries to replace the conventional notice board so very common
in engineering & other colleges in India. (in Internet)
