Record Editor is a data file editor supporting: CSV files (Comma/Tab/etc
delimited files); Files with fixed field positions (both Text and Binary) for
the following Operating systems: Windows; Unix; IBM Mainframe. The editor
uses a Record Layout to format the Data in a Human Readable Form. It can
handle both PC (Text and Binary) and native IBM Mainframe (Text and Binary)
